This is how a residential district could look in a cyberpunk city builder.
Because it's not a real game asset, I focused on style instead of optimization. For real asset I would:
-make heavy use of transparency masks. This and LODs would fix any polycount issues.
-put advertisement signs in a separate texture set to be reused across all districts.
-use a shader for better dirt & damage (using vertex color + World Position Modifier).
Visual style inspired by past & present architecture of Hong Kong.
